My advice is get it outta there! I know we hear that hysterectomies don't cure endo but if I had to do it over I would have had him take the whole dang ovary instead of just the piece damaged by the cyst! As soon as I had surgery and finished 3 months of Lupron the cysts came back and along with that the chronic horrible pain I have endured. I will probably have to have surgery again and if I do I am telling him to take it out! I have no problems with the left side so I think it is OK to leave it. Maybe taking out the right ovary will aleviate the pain on the whole right side of my body from the hip down. If the ovary isn't there then the cyst can't some back :)

Good luck and let us know what you decide! :D

Good luck, Mollie ;)
