Adeno?

I was diagnosed w/ endo on Feb 9th. At that time I had pain that took over my whole abdomen but was always worse on my right side. She did not remove any of it because it was hidden down behind my uterus and she could not get to it. I am only Stage 1 however have quite a bit of pain w/ it. She also told me that my uterus was enlarged and she figures its full of endo.. which makes it adeno(however you spell the whole word). I am high risk for a blood clot so my treatment options are very limited. After doing research on Lupron I did agree to give it a try... so I've had 2 shots. I can not do the add back so I'm dealing w/ some side effects right now and I'm not positive I'll have my 3rd shot. It has however really helped my endo pain which is great. Here is where my question comes in though. Like I said I used to have pain all over my abdomen w/ it worse on the right side. Now after this 2nd Lupron shot I have been having major cramping right in the dead center... more like its my actual uterus. I feel like I have a weight right there trying to push out even after pain meds. Do you think this is the adeno instead of the endo? I need to call my doc next week to discuss the Lupron thing but I want a better idea of what is going on cause before we didn't think the adeno was effecting me that much.

Thanks for your help! Tasha
