Hello, Three weeks after my surgery I started leaking all kinds of stuff from the belly button incision. I was told this is likely a stitch abscess; this makes a lot of sense to me and I do agree. However, I have also had a constant low-grade fever for six days (maybe longer, but I didn't know my thermometer was broken). My fever is between 99.2 to 100.0. Anyone else have this happen? It isn't high, but is making me more tired (and more thirsty). Naturally, my period has also started adding severe cramps. The first few periods after a surgery are always the worst! Please let me know if the above has happened to you. How long did it take for the incision to stop bleeding and leaking?
