Waiting and wondering....Dr. Daiter, Ladies, any info appreciated....From: Kelly (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue Apr 24 20:02:23 2007
Hi ladies, hope all is well. I received Lupron injections for 2 months. After the side effects, I stopped taking them. It has been almost a month since my last injection. I still have the low back pain and muscle pain. I just don't know what to expect now. I seem to have more emotional problems lately, I just don't know if it's my body trying to get back to normal, or what. Has anyone else stopped Lupron or finished the treatment, I just would like an idea of what to expect. Also, my Dr. put me on Tramadol (Ultracet)for my pain, because he does not want to be on vicodin anymore, even though it helps. I have been on Lexapro for over a year and this deals with serotonin. I learned that Tramadol does as well. After a two weeks on this, I have been so sleepy and moody. I don't think this is working with my body. I also read that Tramadol is usually used for short-term use, and I have a script of 100. I guess I am going crazy with all the changes in my body. Any feedback, words of advice, experience would be appreciated! I am also dreading the possibility that that nasty endo pain will soon come agian. Although, I would take it over the Lupron. Thanks for listening to my rants and worries! Take care,
-- Kelly
