Hello there,

I take it that by natural, you mean bio-identical progesterone, right? I am taking natural progesterone (UPS) for about 5 months now and have good results. Some people believe that synthetic hormones have more seveer side effects than the bio-identical ones, but I am not sure if that's right as I have never been on synthetic progesterone. I also do not know what reaction is your Dr going to have as the natural hormones are not regulate (they cannot be patented by pharmaceutical companies so they are not interested in them as they do not bring any profits - a little cynical view, I know but that is how it is...) Are you having bad side-effects from the Aygestin?
