Re: horrible posture due to pain

I think it's good you realized that your posture is being effected now - when hopefully you can do something about it before it causes carpal tunnel or other problems. I'm honestly not a big fan of lupron to begin with, but it doesn't sound like it's doing much for your pain so I wonder if it's worth it?

In the long run, excision is your best option for relief. If there are no doctors who can perform excision in your insurance network you may be able to get them to send you out of network to a specialist who can do it. The Endo Research Center has some good info on how to fight your HMO you can get through their yahoo group which is linked to at the bottom of this message. It is possible to do - there are also women in the yahoo group who have gone this route and succeeded, and I think you will find they are happy to help!

In the meantime, undertreated chronic pain is a big problem for a lot of women with endo. Have you talked to your doctor about the pain? They should either treat it, or refer you to a pain management doctor who will treat it.
