With Dr. Cook you will probably have the same insurance issues. They
only take PPO's and they want payment of your portion up front.
What kind of insurance do you have? I have heard there is a good endo
surgeon at Kaiser or you could always try LA. I think Cedar-Sinai has
an endo program.
