Hi- I had heard about presacral neurectomy on a local newsprogram, and thought it sounded great. However, two doctors (at two different practices) I asked were totally against it. They said that because it is cutting nerves other nerves/areas of your body can also be affected, and it is not gauranteed to work.

Like I said I haven't had it done, but this was the advice of two doctors. Hope this helps! Good Luck!!
