I also have a tilted uterus and my doc thinks this is due to dense adhesions pulling it out of alignment. I am due for removal of this in a few weeks. It's gotten so bad that it has effected the way I sit, stand and bend over. I have to sit with a cushion behind me at all times and has distorted my anatomy quite considerably. I can't comment on your tilterd uterus, and really the only way to be sure is to have a diagnostic lap.
