It was drained about 3 months ago and came back 1 month ago. Last week I went for a marsupilization however, after surgery I was told that cyst was too deep and they had to remove the entire gland. Is that Ok? Should they have waited for me to give the ok or to see if just the removal of the cyst would have worked? How long is the avg. recovery time when someone that the entire gland removed?
