Hello All, hope everyone is having a pain free day. I wanted to know what good endo books there are out there? I've heard about the endo assoc. sourcebook but the only one I saw was written in 95 and was wanting something more recent-is there a newer version of the book? I'm kinda looking for something that goes into detail about all of the symptoms and the effects it has, treatment options, something that ppl in my life could read and then go, "ok, now I understand, it makes sense." Just a good book that talks about, well, everything, hormones in the body, diet changes, coping. So if any of you know please let me know, and does anyone know if the endo assoc sourcebook has anything more recent than 1995? Thanks so much-hope your all having a good day!
