In reply to: anonymous: "Addiction to pain meds" People who take narcotic pain meds whether the chronic pain is being caused by the endo or some other disease process will get dependent to the medication and this is a normal part of the process when treating chronic pain. They depend on the medication to help them live and function the way that someone who is a Diabetic depends on insulin to live and function.
