Medical treatments are expensive and without insurance the treatments
best for you might be unaffordable. It may be possible for you to
qualify for medicaid or charity care in your local region, and then you
may be able to get really good care from your local hospital. If you
qualify, I would try to go to a local university hospital (one with a
medical school) - those doctors are often really excellent and they may
be able to help you get what you need. If you don't know how to begin,
maybe try calling the main teaching hospital of a local medical school
and explain your situation and they can further direct you.
Good Luck!
