Yeah- when to go in for a lap is really troubling for me because I would like a diagnosis but even if it is endo and they get some of it out I have heard a lot what you have said--- that more laps are required. I am more specifically concerned about not letting anything get bad enough to permanently affect my fertility- I just got married a couple months ago and having kids is really important to us but for various reasons (school, finances, etc) we aren't ready now and probably won't be for six-eight years. Have drs been less-then-aggresive in getting your endo out during laps or has it just returned really quickly?
