I think they are probably referring to endo causing scar tissue that can bind to the uterus and move it. I also have a tilted uterus, but when I had my surgery there was nothing that would have been pulling it or pushing it. There has been some talk about a tilted uterus being associated to endo because it may contribute to endometrial tissue being able to flow backwards out of the fallopian tubes. Some doctors think that back flow (retrograde menstruation) is what causes endo, some don't. I wouldn't worry too much about it just yet. Once you get as far as having the surgery for diagnosis that is something the doctor can look for. Alyson
