Hi Loril~

That is wonderful news to hear!! I am not sure what the reasoning is but something positive is working for you. I do believe a healthy change in dietary habbits helps 110%. Our systems get so bogged down with the inflammation and stress and strain of this disease that enabling it to work in the best possible healthy manner is so important.

I am so glad you found something to help you. I would do as others have suggested on this forum and keep a daily diary. This way you will know what you changed and what has worked in case something ever changes again you can look back and see what changed in your diet.
