Hi, I was just going through past messages, and found yours, and I had a similiar situation with a missing ovary. I had a hysterectomy with both ovaries removed, but 5 years later find out the left was still there, I was told by the surgeon it was removed, but a ultrasound proved it was still there, actually 2 different techs. found it, but the most recent scan showed it wasn't there at first, but when the tech had me push down on different parts of my belly, there it finally appeared, it was behind scar tissue and had to be manipulated to show up. This might be where the ovary is for your case.
