I know how you feel. I work as a paramedic and there are very few drugs
that i can take and function properly (and in my line of work being out
of it is not an option) The therma care heating pads do help some and of
all of the over the counter stuff i found that aleve helps the most. As
for the phenegren...it knocks me out too. Ask your doc about Zofran
(it's basically phenegren without the sedative)For those times that it
gets unbearable i take darvacet. I've been on all of the same pain meds
that you've been on and this one seemed to help the most. If you're
worried about driving on them, try and take them after you get to work
and try starting off with the lowest dose. I hope this helped and that
