Honestly, No. The only thing that will be visable on ultrasound or on MRI would be an endometroma on an ovary but as far as endometrial implants outside of the uterus a doctor would need to do a laporscopic surgery - however, there can also be invisable endo that the doctor can not see as well (this happened to me in my fist surgery).
