I am on continuous birth control (4 periods per year) but while that seemed to work somewhat at first my symptoms seem to have gotten worse in the last six months or so, especially low back pain + pelvic pain + cramping. For those of you who have had laps at what point did you decide to undergo your first one, especially to get a diagnosis? Additionally, what did your drs suggest? Also, is anyone from the Chicago area with a good endo specialist?
