Mary: I am glad that you have this appointment on Monday - Please be careful if they are for sure chocholate cysts (endometroma's) you surely to NOT want them to burst and in case one is leaking or something you want to make sure your have a GREAT KNOWLEDGEABLE surgeon. During my hystetectmy in 1998 (still have my right ovary) the doctor ACCIDENTALLY BURST mine - thankfully he states he got it all but who knows. A chocholate cysts is a sure sign of endo so who knows what is actually 100% going on there until they actually get inside. Grinding of the teeth will surely cause the headache but I think anticipation of surgery causes them more - Please let me know how you make out on Monday - I am glad you and your husband reconciled things :)
