Why Fevers?????From: anonymous (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Mar 28 09:00:06 2007
Fevers Hi everyone...I was just wondering, how many of you suffer from low-grade fevers? It is VERY frustrating..I seem to be having low-grade fevers everyday now. I have finally started taking my temp everyday and usually I have low-grade fevers anywhere from 99.5 - 100.3 or so...It has been everyday now. I am so tired of it...I constantly feel sick, feverish, chilled at times and then SO HOT at others..I sweat a lot and am cold and clammy from sweating the fever out..It is embarrasing at work because I get sweaty (the makeup smears)..I am hot, chilled...clammy. I know low grade fevers are a common thing with endo..BUT....does anyone know WHY this happens? I have very sever endo..stage IV..suspected adenomyosis, severe adhesions and bowel endo. I have had 2 surgeries and scheduled for my third.. There were many occasions that I have a white blood cell count..and then I was given antibiotics..my Dr never found the SOURCE of the infection..How do I know if my fevers are just due to endo or if I do have some type of infection somewhere? Please help...I am so tired of being so sick all the time. I cannot take the fevers anymore.. Thanks
