I just wanted to post something that has saved me the past few days. I finally got tired of either being in tremendouse pain or doped up on vicodin. After seeing that heating pads help with my abdominal pain, I bought some of those "ThermaCare HeatWraps, XLarge Back." They are disposable and react with the air when you take them out of the package and are portable heating pads. They last about 8hrs and have saved me the past two days. I've been mad crazy between being a full time student and working full time, along with the fact that I had a huge test today that determines if I get promoted. I've stuck the pads around my waist and the heat makes the pain a little more bearable. Just thought I might suggest it to anyone who finds releif from heat. The disposable ones are kind of expensive (7 bucks for two) but I did see some non disposable ones, I just haven't tried them yet. Hoping you all have pain free days... -Angie
