I have had Endo for many years and have Kidney pain usually by day 7 of my cycle. Accupunture worked in the past at times but now it's back so on the search again. I get Migraines from the pill as well because of the progesterone in it, I am allergic to it. I have had some varying success from alternative forms of progesterone, like homeopathic, natural, and bioidentical. Best one was the homeopthic version for a while but then got headaches from that too. I stopped all herbs and started with a new chiropractor that does a release and balance technique and that has been working pretty good so far but now after my 4th visit I am experiencing the kidney pain but at present not sure if I have a virus. Newly diag with Fibro so I could be dealing with that.

Summary - alternative forms of hormone treatment (homeopathic, herbal, and bioidentical). I got these from my Naturapathic doctor.

Also I was taking these 2 herbs for the Endo cycts and I highly recommend them. Channel Lock and Unlocking formula from Health Concerns.

I hope this helps you, I can emphathise with the rollercoaster ride of Endo, Sharon
