The hot flashes, not sleeping, mood swings but I HAVE COPED! my doctor gave me a prescription for HRT just in case I needed it. The first couple of months were hard but I worked through it. E.g. went to bed early, avoided hot drinks etc and told my husband what emotions I was feeling at that time. This helped because if I was in an emotional mood he would help me through it. When I went back to the doctor he was glad I hadnt took the HRT as the zoladex was more effective. I do recommend zoladex it worked for me. Currently after deciding not to proceed with IVF my doctor is putting me on Implanon (contraceptive implant) to slow down the endo. I hope that helps. Rebecca
