Oh my goodness its the worste pain ever! I know exactly what you mean... I normally get it around the same time each month and it lasts a week or so... its so bad at times that i actually limp from the pain that it causes down my left leg.

I have never spotted with it though... I def think its endo related..I intend to find out at my surgery next week. I think it may even be a long term side effect of the Lupron Depot i took two years ago. Thats when i began noticing the tailbone pain.
