Re: Low Energy Levels

I, like you, am very hard on myself. My husband is gone alot, but when he is home I feel the need to do everything I know I should (make dinner, do the laundry, clean, etc.) and when I don't i feel very bad. My husband ends up doing most of the work (other than dinner) and it definitely makes me feel like i'm not a good wife. We just got married, so that role is very important to me and its not at all that he expects me to do it all myself, I put the pressure on. I don't sleep well either, most nights i go to bed with a heating pad to get myself to sleep and it automatically turns off by itself. Then I wake quite often because of the pain and wake up in the morning feeling like I got no sleep at all. I've tried lots of stuff to help me sleep, but to no avail. I feel like all I do on the weekend is lay around and do nothing cause its my free time and when i try to recoop, which means we end up doing nothing all weekend. I am afraid that when we have children I will be no good to them cause I have no energy. What kind of surgery are you having? Eve
