I have had this problem for almost 2 years. I have been seeing a wonderful Chiropractor for 8 months and I very rarely am in pain. If I'm in pain, I stretch and ice my low back. I was told that heat won't help, but ice will. I also try not to sit with my legs crossed or sitting on my leg. Try a good Chiropractor, but it may take many visits, before you notice the pain to get better.
