I have stage IV endometriosis and right now have what is called "frozen pelvis" where all my organs are adhered ( stuck ) together. I have alot of pain and discomfort all over.. I am going to be having another surgery soon. For me, right now, the only thing that really helps is laying down with a heating pad and taking something for the pain. I have in the past gone for acupuncture which seemed to help for awhile with the back pain..The acupuncture was also a chiropractor and he would do a spine adjustment. It felt pretty good after.. I have also found that stress, makes all the symptoms so much worse. It is important to take care of yourself..For me when my back, tailbone and legs are hurting terribly at the end of the day...I go home and rest with the heating pad. My legs are very achey most of the time, too.. Feel better!
