Re: Low Energy Levels

I just wanted to let you know I suffer with the same..I work full time and can barely make it throgh an 8 hour day. Toward the end of the day my pain increases, I am hot and sweaty and just worn out. I go home and lay down with a heating pad everyday after work. It is very upsetting..There are times I wake up exhausted and have to drag my self out of bed.

All I can offer, since I still have not found anything to really help, is to be easy on yourself. There have been times I am very hard on myself for not being able to do all these things or for being so exhausted..that makes it worse. Just do what you can..and rest when you need, too..

I am hoping after my next surgery...I will be feeling much better. I have stage IV endo.

Hope this helps..

Anyone have any other advice??
