I would also suggest consulting with a reproductive endocrinologist who is very experienced with endo. If you have been trying for two years with no luck it is not outside of bounds to talk to a fertility specialist. They are often excellent surgeons and can diagnose any possible underlying issues with your fertility in addition to dealing with the endometriosis. Just make sure whoever you go see is very experienced with treating the disease. You can also try this web site for a list of doctors: http://www.geocities.com/endovictims/endodocs.html Also check out this book: Endometriosis: A Key to Healing Through Nutrition by Dian Shepperson Mills Even if you are not interested in the dietary suggestions, the entire first half of the book is a crash course in fertility and how issues such as endo may affect your ability to conceive. Do plenty of research so that you are armed with all of the information possible when you go to the doctor. That is the best way to know what kind of care you are getting and to be able to come up with treatment options that you are comfortable with. I have only met one doctor so far that did not tell me that Lupron was no big deal. Good or bad, it is a big deal because it is a powerful drug. You need to be fully aware of your options when any medication is prescribed. Good luck!
