I have no symptoms of endo, thankfully, but I underwent a laparoscopy. The Dr. found a lot of what he thoinks is endo and decided not to remove it b/c it would cause too much scar tissue. So he is suggesting Lupron therapy for 6 mos and then get pregnant. But there seems to be so many bad side effects from the lupron and apparently not much increase in fertility chances.
