very depressed from painFrom: Enid (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu Feb 22 10:44:32 2007
I've had endo for over 5 years, have gotten laps done over time as well as my right ovary removed 2 yrs ago. I was doing ok. I wud get pain only during ovulation so I figured it was ok. Now just 3 wks ago, I get the pain on my right side again and this time non-stop.It got to the point where I cudn't sit, drive, or even sleep on my stomach, thats how much it hurted. I finally went to the ER on valentine's day and had a ct scan and an ultrasound done. The results were negative. Mind you that every pain med given to me wasn't working especially demerol. They wanted to send me home, but I yelled and told them that I wasn't leaving until someone told me wat was wrong with me, that I wudn't be there if I didn't have pain, finally they called my Dr. and he admitted me. I waited 4 whole days in pain and finally they did another lap to treat the endo. I thought that was it for the pain. I've been home this past week but I still have the same pain that made me go to the ER in the first place, all I do is cry and snapped at everybody cuz I'm in so much pain. I feel as if no one understands me. I've dun so much crying to start a river. If anyone knows of a specialist in jersey, I wud appreciate it. I obviously need to find another Dr. Thanx 4 reading....
