I have had a lap back in Dec and ever since, I am having a really hard time going to the bathroom (# 2 that is). I take a glass of fibre on a daily basis and not even that is helping. I go three or four day with out having a bowel movement and when I do, it is really hard and painful. I have pain for about 3 hrs before I actually go.... anyone have any suggestions on this?? Not sure if this is normal? pretty tired of the whole thing. I have had one shot of luporn about 20 days ago, feeling pretty good with regards to that. Any suggestions or people with the same experiences would be helpful! Thanks in advance for any info... i know that this is sometimes not any easy thing to talk about.. that is what is great about this site, everyone lets it all hang out!! I love that!
