I have both adeno and endo, and am 23 with no babies. My DH and I want to ttc as soon as the doctor clears me. From what I've gathered, women do get pregnant after Lupron but the person I know was on it for only 6 months. After that she gave birth to a healthy baby. Then she went on Lupron again, and after stopping that she's having trouble conceiving. My advice is don't go on Lupron again and try to do the baby walk as much as possible, without stressing yourself out with following ovulation.

In general, I have been told by doctors and women who have endo that women who have endo can get pregnant and carry to term. Hope you get your baby soon!
