I was diagnosed with stage IV endometriosis 6 months ago after having an endometriosis cyst removed. I was then put on zoladex for 6 months. This has shut down my ovaries to give them time to recover. There has been an improvement but the menopause has not been nice! Now I am on the end of my treatment and I have this question `is is worth going through IVF?`. My doctor has recommended this because my tubes are blocked as well. I have read all about the negative points but I also worry about my own health as well as a baby. So If anyone has gone through IVF please give me some advice. Also living in Perth, Australia there is no support group!! I feel I havent come to terms having this disease and wondering whether to have a baby is too much to think about.
