Hi Jess, I had similar symptoms but only during my cycle. I did have a full colonoscopy and they found endo in my bowel. I had my second laproscopic surgery Dec 12 and they removed 4 inches of my bowel, right behind the uterus. I have my second period right now since surgery and very little pain, have not seen any blood in stools. Though I have an issue with much more freqent BMs now, the doc says that should improve over time. I hope everything works out for you. They did tell me it is very rare for the endo to penetrate the bowel...hopefully the GI doc can rule it out.
