I am having a sigmoidosopy tomorrow afternoon. I'm just wondering if my endo has spread to my colon, or if it could be something totally unrelated. I keep thinking it's endo related because my pain is heightened during BM's. IBS is a possibility as well...but I don't know anything about it and how it relates to endo. Any info would be helpful!
