Hi Marie,

I have been dealing w/ endo for about 6 years now...and when i was first diagnosed, my doctor told me that some people have the smallest amount of endo, but the worst pain, and others have a lot of it, and they have no symptoms at all...so i would say that Yes...that little spot could have been the cause of all your pain, unfortunately. The good thing is that she was able to remove it...so hopefully you will be pain free from here on out...and hopefully you don't get anymore. Good luck!
