I just had my first laparoscopy today after having abdominal pain for about 8 months and pain with intercourse for about 2 years. My Dr. found 1 little spot of endo on the right side under my uterus. She was able to remove it. But my question is, could this little spot really be what has caused so much pain? It's hard for me to believe that this is what has been causing so much pain!
