Re: painful intercourse

I agree with Alyson. I went to an endo specialist for my first lap. He did not support Lupron and was experienced in excision of endo. As far as I remember I since I got periods I have had excrutiating pain.

I had pain with sex, which got worse towards the end of it before I had surgery. My doctor excised endo and showed me why deep penetration was causing the pain. I can attest, that at least in my case, for the first time after the surgery, I am able to have almost pain free intercourse.

PLEASE though listen to Alyson. Having a bad surgery has ruined many people's quality of life, be it be laser or excision. If you can afford it please get yourself an experienced endo doctor or a specialist. If you cannot afford it then at least consult with an endo specialist and research on the web before you make any decisions.

Hoping you will find relief soon enough.
