I had many side effects & it didn't help my endo at all. I have also taken Lupron before & I would choose to take the Lupron over Danocrine!! It was a horrible drug!! My mood swings were really bad. I got really mean when I was taking it & I wasn't a very nice person. Usually I'm a total people person & love hanging out with people, but this drug brought out a different side of me. I also suffered really bad from acne & facial hair. The acne & facial hair went away after I quit taking it, but thank goodness my sister-in-law is a cosmotologist so I could go get my lip waxed!! Sorry my reply was so negative, but I really didn't like taking this drug. Hope it helps a little bit.
