Natasha
Here is the recipe for the prune smoothies:
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1 cup crushed ice
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
6 prunes-pitted
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Soak prunes for 15 minutes in hot water before making smoothie. Drain
water off of prunes & add all ingredients to blender. Blend well &
enjoy!!
This makes quite a bit so I usually cut the recipe in half if my kids
are drinking it as well. I usually drink one every morning & it really
seems to help!! Hope you enjoy it & like I said before you really can't
taste the prunes! Take Care, Mindy Jo
