Period with no ovulation?! I'm frustrated and in pain!

OK so I had excision surgery in July. Lupron shots for 3 months following. Nuvaring the 4th month to start my cycles again. I am currently using natural progesterone to try and balance my hormones and hopefully ovulate. Had a cycle in Dec. and am having one now. When I got my levels checked in Dec. and Jan. the dr. says I am not ovulating. I am having cycles though. I didn't realize it was possible but obviously it is.

So yesterday I am at a seminar and all of a sudden break out in a cold sweat, feel dizzy and nauseous and have intense pain in my abdomen. I took 2 Aleve...NOTHING! I went to the bathroom and sat for 30 minutes gushing and feeling like I wanted to DIE! I took 2 Motrin on top of the Aleve and it finally helped take the edge off somewhat. Today my tummy feels like I have done a million sit ups. I guess it is sore from the pain yesterday. Has anyone had this happen to them? Has the endo already come back? I am so worried! Before the surgery I used to have bad periods with this intense pain and feeling sick. Sometimes I would even dry heave!

Is it too much to ask to feel "normal" again? I am tired of being in pain. The only time I was pain free was on Lupron. The side effects sucked but at least I could lead a pretty normal life without pain!

I guess I just wanted to share and get opinions/advice and see if anyone else has had a similar experience. I don't get on here and check the forum as much as I used to b/c all I wanna do is lay around and sleep after work and on the weekends. It sucks!

Hope you are having a pain free day, Mollie ;)
