New Problem; ANYONE Experienced this before???From: Pam (anonymous@obgyn.net)Fri Jan 26 14:36:55 2007
I have stage II Endo. I had a lap on Nov. 14. I have been in pain every since and way before I even had the surgery. Anyway, I woke up Tuesday morning to get ready for class, when I stood up it felt like my insides were going to fall out. I also cannot sit without feeling the same way. I was also in extreme pain. (a lot more pain than normal) I have to be laying down for it not to feel like everything is falling but the pain is still there. To make a long story short; I went to the ER and all they would do was blood work and took a sample of my urine. I was told that everything came back fine and they sent me home. They did get me two prescribtions: Oxyocodone/APAP and Napoxen. The Oxyocodone eases the pain a little bit. The ER Dr. told me that it was possible that my bladder or uterus had dropped. (but he didn't feel the need to check to see) He told me to see my GYN. I went on Thursday to see my GYN. He said that my bladder and uterus were in the correct place and that everything felt and looked fine. (He did a physical exam, no test or anything) He said that he couldn't explain why I had the feeling that everything was going to fall out. It is Friday afternoon and I am still having the same problems. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this before and if so did you find out what was causing it or was you able to get help. This is something new for me; like I said it just started on Tuesday. All my GYN kept saying was that nothing had dropped and everything was in the correct place, he never even tried to figured out why I still felt like that. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks a lot. Wishing for Pain Free Days...Pam
