Re: Nervous about Lupron

I took Norethindrone in combination with the Lupron. I still developed
a number of side effects: hot flashes, skin reaction, taste adversions
and the worst of all-severe joint pain that is ongoing despite the fact
that I have stopped the treatment. Since it was a progesterone therapy
my bones and joints were pretty much depleted of estrogen and I had a
more severe reaction to it than most people even though bone/joint pain
is a common side effect. So in essence, no it did not help me in my
experience.
