Can someone please help me decide whether I should remove a growing endometrioma in my right ovary. It grew over a period of 3 months and 3 months before that. I do not have any pain during my period but my belly is kind of swallen and I do have extreme pain in my lower pelvis once in a blue moon. I also have pressure in my pelvis and need to urinate often. I have one child but want to have more, and am terrified of what will happen to my fertility now. The big question, shall I remove the endometrioma or try to get pregnant first?
