Rashmi,
This girl ended up having to have a laparotomy which involves a large
cut, and she had extensive surgery done on her bowels etc. Its hard to
know how much recovery time you will need because every one heals at
their own pace. However, if your doctor is doing a laproscopy and gets
in there and doesn't have to do alot of invasive work it shouldn't be
too bad. It took me about a week to really get up and out of the house
again both times. You can talk to your doctor at your post op
appointment about when he thinks it will be safe for you to exercise
again. You'll probably want to ease back in a bit no matter what.
Healing from surgery really saps your energy.
