I have had three children now not by choice just everytime i tried to prevent they came. After my second child i had the worst pain ever. That is when they discovered I had endo. So my doctors did the surgery then decided to put me through the lupron shots which is chemically induced menopause.. That made me the worst person ever I had no sex drive at all i hated everyone. I went through 6 months of treatment and was taken off and gave continuous bc pills i was told there was no risk of pregnancy for 2 years.. Two months later i was pregnant after the birth of my son in August 2006 i had a blood transfusion for loss of blood that they can't explain.. I am on the continuous bc pills again but it does not help.. The pain is unbearable at times the worst is when i spot i can't hardly move.. My husband hates me cause i have no desire to ave sex i do it for him but it does not do anything for me.. He sometimes thinks i am cheating on him.. Now that the pain is so bad my Ob has scheduled an colonoscopy to make sure it has not spread to my bowels because i have been having irregular bowel patterns.. After that i am going in for another laporoscopy in feb . If the surgery turns up bad then i have to have it all removed.. I am 24 what do you do when you are so young and you will be empty inside.. thank god i have 3 beautiful chidren maybe thats why they come so soon was because i would have to go through with this.. I guess the reason i am wrighting this is to say there is no cure there is nothing that helps long term.. It is great that some people don't have the pain anymore after a birth of a baby.. But I would not recommend trying that as a way to get rid of it..I think i keep asking myself should i go through with all these procedures or just live with it..
