throwing up bc pills?

hi,

I hope someone can give me some advice! I have bad pain that makes me nauseous and sometimes I vomit, especially in the morning. But right when I wake up is the only time I can consistently remember to take my birth control pill, and it happened yesterday that I threw up about 25 minutes after I took my BCP. I take the pills continuously, so I'm not too worried about getting pregnant and I waited until this morning to take another pill (which I did not throw up). But I am concerned about keeping my hormone levels as regular as possible, and worried that losing the hormones yesterday is going to cause me pain later.

I'm wondering if anyone knows how long does it take a BC pill to be absorbed in the stomach?

Also, can I take the pill like a suppository? I have heard it is possible to take BC pills by inserting them into the vagina (or rectum) - does anyone know if this is true? Then I wouldn't have to worry about throwing it up!

Thank you!
